The ideal candidate must manage daily operations, coordinate with workers, ensure quality control, and maintain smooth workflow across the unit. Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day operations in the furniture production unit. Assign tasks to workers and monitor progress. Ensure work quality and adherence to company manufacturing standards. Maintain inventory of raw materials, tools, and finished products. Coordinate with carpenters, machine operators, helpers, and other staff. Inspect finished furniture items for defects and ensure proper finishing. Manage workforce attendance and discipline. Ensure safety practices and cleanliness in the production area. Report daily production updates to management. Handle minor issues or escalate major concerns to seniors.
