Operations Engineer - Technical Escalations

About the Role

As an Operations Engineer Technical Escalations, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex ad-tech issues, ensuring timely support for internal teams and clients. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Client Ops, while staying current with evolving technologies.

What You'll Do

• To resolve the issue, diagnose, analyze, and resolve client issues with clear communication and follow-ups.
• Support Delivery, Provide high-quality support to publishers within SLA.
• Cross-Team Collaboration, Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to address escalations and improve platform stability.
• System Updates, Maintain internal tools like Salesforce and JIRA.
• Technical Troubleshooting, use REST APIs, browser dev tools, MySQL, Unix commands, and logs for debugging.

We'd Love for You to Have

• 2 to 5 years in ad-tech in RTB, PMP, Header Bidding, SDKs.
• Programmatic Know-How, understanding of auction dynamics and ad monetization.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel (macros), SQL, and debugging tools (Fiddler, Firebug).
• Familiarity with technical tools like HTML/JavaScript, scripting (a plus), and web applications.
• Should have analytical exposure with the ability to work with large datasets and perform RCA.
• Flexibility to work in rotational (21x5) shifts with allowances and occasional weekend on-call duties.
• Should have a bachelors degree in engineering (CS / IT) or equivalent degree from a well-known institute/university.
