About the Role As an Operations Engineer Technical Escalations, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex ad-tech issues, ensuring timely support for internal teams and clients. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Client Ops, while staying current with evolving technologies. What You'll Do To resolve the issue, diagnose, analyze, and resolve client issues with clear communication and follow-ups. Support Delivery, Provide high-quality support to publishers within SLA. Technical Troubleshooting, use REST APIs, browser dev tools, MySQL, Unix commands, and logs for debugging. We'd Love for You to Have 2 to 5 years in ad-tech in RTB, PMP, Header Bidding, SDKs. Programmatic Know-How, understanding of auction dynamics and ad monetization. Proficiency in tools such as Excel (macros), SQL, and debugging tools (Fiddler, Firebug). Familiarity with technical tools like HTML/JavaScript, scripting (a plus), and web applications. Should have analytical exposure with the ability to work with large datasets and perform RCA. Flexibility to work in rotational (21x5) shifts with allowances and occasional weekend on-call duties. Should have a bachelors degree in engineering (CS / IT) or equivalent degree from a well-known institute/university.
