Operations Engineer

Job Description: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to optimizing operational processes, ensuring that all systems run efficiently and effectively to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance service delivery. - Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to ensure optimal functionality. Qualifications Required: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of application deployment and management in production environments. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Java applications. - Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management. - Knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system reliability. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
