The role ensures optimal equipment performance, preventive maintenance, and process improvement to support production targets and maintain safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and optimize the mechanical performance of machines, equipment, and systems. Execute and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot faults in coordination with maintenance teams. Collaborate with production and quality departments to improve operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Maintain detailed reports and logs of machinery performance and breakdowns. Support installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment. Analyze root causes of equipment failure and implement corrective actions. Recommend design or process improvements for mechanical systems.
