SummaryAs an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide insights that drive improvements in service quality and performance. Your role will also include monitoring system performance and ensuring compliance with established service level agreements, all while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Operations.

    Skills:
  • Experience with cloud-based communication platforms.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and service delivery frameworks.
  • Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution techniques.
  • Experience in performance monitoring and reporting tools.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Operations.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
