Operations Engineer

Role: Operations Engineer (0\2 years)

We are looking for an Operations Engineer to support and enhance the operational efficiency of our High\-Frequency Trading (HFT) environment. This role requires strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to troubleshoot and automate processes.
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor day\-to\-day operations of our trading systems
  

• Identify system and process issues and ensure timely resolution
  

• Develop automation scripts to improve efficiency
  

• Work closely with developers and traders to fix operational bottlenecks
  

• Implement, test, and deploy operational tools
  

• Ensure smooth deployment of production code
  

• Investigate production alerts and issues
  

• Maintain and enhance monitoring dashboards
  Required Skills & Qualifications
  

  • Engineering degree (preferably Computer Science or related field)
    

  • Good knowledge of Python and Shell\/Bash scripting
    

  • Experience with Linux environments
    

  • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
    

  • Ability to handle fast\-paced, high\-pressure environments
    

  • Familiarity with Pandas\/NumPy (advantageous)
    

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
    

  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
