About The Role

Project Role :Operations Engineer

Project Role Description :Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery. You will engage in monitoring system performance, analyzing operational data, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements, all while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Operations.- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and their application in contact center environments.- Experience with operational management tools and software.- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve service delivery.- Familiarity with service level agreements and compliance requirements.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Operations.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
