Operations Coordinator

As a candidate for the role of Air, Sea, and Land Operations Coordinator at Move One, you will be responsible for coordinating import and export shipments across various modes of transportation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating Air, Sea, and Land operations for import and export shipments. - Monitoring project KPIs to ensure performance targets are met. - Planning and scheduling pickups and deliveries on a daily basis. - Determining the most cost-effective and efficient routing for customer shipments. - Proactively communicating with shippers and consignees for timely pickup and delivery. - Understanding and meeting customer requirements for consistent operational execution. - Maintaining regular communication with customers to provide updates and report delays. - Identifying opportunities for revenue generation and improving profitability. - Ensuring accurate documentation and shipment information relayed to Move One offices. - Submitting daily reports to management and updating shipment details in the database. - Supporting other duties or projects as assigned by the direct supervisor. - Working towards minimizing operational costs and enhancing profitability.
