Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the smooth execution of our academic and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple responsibilities across operations, coordination, and communication functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations related to programme delivery, logistics, and administration
• Maintain and update student records, attendance, and documentation
• Support faculty coordination, scheduling, and class management
• Communicate with learners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
• Prepare operational reports and assist in event or session planning
• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1+ year of experience in operations, administration, or coordination (freshers may apply)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
