Operations Control Center Executive (OCC)- Homecare Medanta

In addition we have clinics in Defence Colony (South Delhi), Cybercity & Subhash Chowk (Gurgaon), at the Delhi Airport. Medanta is constantly growing and has also ventured in Retail vertical through Diagnostics (Laboratory Services) and Pharmacies. We also have also launched homecare services.We further plan to scale up existing facilities and expand into a few more geographical areas and also identify new avenues (Academics - Medical College) within the Healthcare eco-system.

Work Days - 6 Days from office

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients discharged from Medanta hospitals to inform them about available Homecare services (nursing, physiotherapy, medical equipment, remote monitoring, etc.)
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about Medanta Homecare offerings.
• Pitch appropriate homecare products and services based on patient needs and medical condition.
• Maintain excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism while interacting with patients and families.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
• Record call details, patient interactions, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams for smooth service onboarding of patients.
• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality through effective engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and nurture strong client relationships. Proven experience in selling is a plus.
• Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
• Proficient in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
