Role Overview

Indian Art is seeking an Operations & Business Manager to take full charge of day-to-day business operations, project management, and team supervision in the Digital Screen Signage and Print Media segment.
Your primary role will be to ensure smooth functioning of all departments — allowing the Director to focus on business development and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage teams (telecallers, designers, fabricators, installers).
• Oversee digital screen installations, print branding projects, and signage fabrication.
• Handle supplier management, rate negotiations, and material procurement.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines from design to site execution.
• Coordinate with clients for design approvals, project delivery, and after-sales support.
• Assist in sales operations — quotation preparation, lead follow-up, and client communication.
• Manage cost control, vendor billing, and client payment collections.
• Prepare weekly progress, sales, and performance reports.
• Maintain quality standards across all digital and print branding work.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4–8 years of experience in advertising, signage, or print media operations.
• Proven leadership, people management, and project handling skills.
• Strong understanding of fabrication, installation, and branding workflows.
• Experience in vendor coordination and client servicing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
• Self-driven, dependable, and result-oriented professional.

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹1,50,000 (depending on experience)
• Performance Incentives: Based on project profit or monthly targets.
