Role Overview

The right candidate will:


✔ Drive new business opportunities and ensure timely client payments.

✔ Oversee post-production workflows, deadlines, and team discipline.

✔ Recruit, train, and build a strong talent pipeline for the company.

✔ Provide clear reporting to management with measurable results.


Business Growth & Client Development
  • Generate new business opportunities and close client deals.
  • Promote and upsell services such as 

    DI, Dolby Atmos, Editing, VFX, and Mastering

    .
  • Maintain strong relationships with production houses, filmmakers, and agencies.
Operations & Team Leadership
  • Oversee daily 

    post-production workflows

     and delivery timelines.
  • Enforce professional discipline and accountability within the team.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff

     as per business needs.
  • Implement SOPs and ensure operational efficiency.
Finance & Collections
  • Monitor expenses, control costs, and ensure financial discipline.
  • Manage client invoicing and ensure 

    on-time payment collections

    .
Client Communication
  • Act as the 

    primary point of contact

     for clients.
  • Provide project updates, handle escalations, and maintain satisfaction.
Vendor & Partner Management
  • Negotiate with vendors and freelancers for cost efficiency.
  • Build and maintain a strong partner network.
Reporting & Accountability
  • Submit 

    weekly MIS reports

     on revenue, expenses, projects, and staff performance.
  • Maintain 

    full transparency

     with management.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in 

    Business, Commerce, Media, or related field

     (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • Proficiency in 

    MS Office / Google Workspace, reporting tools, and professional communication

    .
  • Strong communication skills in 

    Tamil and English

     (Hindi is an advantage).


Must-Have Experience
  • 3–5 years proven experience

     in:
  • Business development & client handling
  • Post-production or creative services operations (mandatory)

  • Accounts & payment follow-up
  • Recruitment and staff supervision
  • Industry knowledge and contacts in media/post-production will be a strong advantage.
