Role Overview

We’re hiring a Media & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients on project updates, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
• Track DI, Dolby Atmos, Editing, and VFX workflows with internal teams.
• Manage attendance and basic HR coordination; assist with screening and onboarding.
• Handle vendor coordination, expenses tracking, invoicing support, and weekly MIS.
• Research and maintain a lead list (production houses, ad agencies, independent filmmakers) and support outreach.
• Prepare proposals, slides, and status reports for management.

Qualifications

• Graduate (BBA/MBA/Media/Commerce preferred).
• 1–3 years’ experience in admin/HR/client coordination/operations (media exposure is a plus, not mandatory).
• Strong communication in 

  Tamil & English

   (Hindi is a plus).
• Comfortable with Google Workspace/MS Office and professional email/LinkedIn communication.
• Organized, detail-oriented, willing to learn post-production workflows.

Growth Path

• Media & Operations Executive → Operations Manager → Business Head (based on performance).
