Job Description

Run reminders and WhatsApp engagement.
Make welcome calls and log notes in CRM
Track attendance. Update sheets. Share daily reports
Chat support during webinars. Record engagement
Follow up on registrations, no shows, and basic queries
Create or update forms, links, and access
Convert paid webinar leads to clients in CRM. Capture onboarding details
Qualification and Skills Required:
Preferred Degree - BCA, BBA, BCom, BSc IT/CS
0 to 1 year experience. Client Call support experience is an advantage
Strong command of Google Sheets/Excel, Presentation/Google Slides, MS Word, Zoom operations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Fluency in English is Mandatory).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
Self-disciplined, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in customer communication, webinars moderation, and social media management.
Enthusiastic about solving operational challenges and optimizing task completion.
Documentation skills.
