Operations Associate

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of our service offerings, maintaining high client satisfaction, and supporting the operational backbone of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
· Client Onboarding & Support: Assist new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and queries are addressed promptly.
· Process Management: Oversee daily operations related to service delivery, ensuring tasks are completed within stipulated timelines.
· Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, review, and manage client documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.
· Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external professionals to facilitate smooth service delivery.
· Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and work collaboratively to implement solutions that improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.· Experience in operations, client services, or administrative roles, preferably in the financial or legal services sector.· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.· Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with local as well as virtual team.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
