Operations Associate

The Operations Associate plays a crucial part in ensuring the success of students throughout their academic journey. This role extends beyond providing reactive support as it necessitates a proactive approach to foresee student requirements, recognize academic and personal obstacles early on, and take prompt action to keep students progressing smoothly. Responsibilities include co-creating agendas and content for facilitation in collaboration with internal stakeholders, leading sessions on self-awareness and emotional regulation in group settings, cultivating a participatory atmosphere through storytelling, psychological insights, and interactive activities, as well as gathering student feedback and refining session delivery to enhance impact and engagement. Requirements for this position entail holding an advanced degree in psychology (PG Diploma or Masters), having a minimum of 3 years of experience in counseling and group facilitation, demonstrating the ability to relate psychological principles to real-world situations that are pertinent to young students, and possessing excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and motivate a group of students.,
