Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated Operations Associates to support the smooth functioning of our service operations. The ideal candidates will assist in coordinating daily operational activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and supporting process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day service operations and ensure timely execution.

Coordinate with service teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Monitor service quality, identify gaps, and escalate issues to the concerned teams.

Maintain accurate records of operational activities and prepare reports for management.

Support process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Help in training new team members or onboarding service partners if required.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and operational tools.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
