Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Operational Support & Process Execution

Assist in managing day-to-day operational tasks such as client/merchant onboarding, account updates, process adherence, and service tracking.
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and quality benchmarks.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Compile, analyse, and present operational metrics and reports.
Support decision-making by delivering data-driven insights with precision and accuracy.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

Liaise with internal departments, and external partners to resolve queries and ensure operational efficiency.
Support internal escalation processes and maintain high client satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement

Identify gaps in current processes and recommend automation or efficiency-enhancing changes.
Contribute to documentation, audits, and operational workflow enhancements.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Background:

Bachelors degree in
Commerce (BCom)
,
Business Administration (BBA)
, or
Engineering
(Industrial, Systems, or related disciplines).
Outstanding academic performance

Technical & Soft Skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (bonus: familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or MIS tools).
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (French is a plus).
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and under pressure.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

Internship or part-time experience in operations, analytics, or client services.
