Core Design Skills Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience with Figma, Canva, and other modern design tools. Expertise in brand identity design, including logos, typography, and brand guidelines. 2. Marketing & Branding Knowledge Experience creating marketing collaterals such as banners, brochures, social media creatives, ads, and infographics. Understanding of digital marketing design needs, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google ads. Knowledge of current design trends, colors, and typography. 3. Collaboration & Communication Ability to work in a team environment with marketing, product, and video teams. Strong communication skills to present ideas and design rationale. Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly. 4. Experience Level & Portfolio 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in a design role, preferably in marketing or branding agencies. A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of work including branding, social media designs, motion graphics, and campaigns. 5. Optional but Valuable Skills Knowledge of UI/UX wireframing tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Basic illustration skills for custom graphics.
