Job Description: Airbnb Operations AssociateLocation: Bandra, Mumbai Type: Full-time About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our Airbnb operations team in Bandra. This person will be responsible for managing guest interactions, overseeing property readiness, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and has excellent communication skills. Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Management: Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and queries with warmth and professionalism. Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure a 5-star experience. Maintain clear communication through Airbnb and direct channels. Property Oversight: Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and ready before each booking. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors as needed. Conduct routine property inspections to maintain quality standards. Operations & Coordination: Manage booking schedules and optimize calendar management. Keep inventory of supplies (toiletries, linen, essentials) and restock when necessary. Report and track expenses, damages, and property-related updates. Customer Experience: Go the extra mile to deliver memorable stays for guests. Gather feedback and suggest improvements for property operations. RequirementsPrior experience in hospitality, Airbnb management, or customer service is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication in English (Hindi/Marathi is a bonus). Tech-savvy and comfortable using Airbnb platform/apps. Ability to work independently and take ownership of operations. Flexibility to be available during guest check-ins/check-outs, including weekends/holidays.
