Our students aim for Top-20 U.S. universities, Oxbridge, NUS/NTU, and top German schools . We are not a mass-market counselling firm. We only work with families who expect world-class outcomes. Education : Graduate degree from a Top-30 global university (Ivy League, Oxbridge, Stanford, MIT, Chicago, LSE, INSEAD, NUS, etc.) OR Top-tier Indian institutions (IITs, ISB, Ashoka, NLSIU). Experience : 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in college admissions, elite education consulting, or selective fellowships . Track record of helping students gain admission to Top-50 global universities (must be documented). Exposure : Deep familiarity with U.S. holistic admissions , U.K. UCAS system, and at least one of Singapore / Europe. Experience working with high-performing students (IB 40+, IGCSE all A/A*, CBSE 95%+). Communication : Exceptional spoken and written English. Ability to handle demanding families and complex student journeys. Additional Requirements (Automatic Disqualifiers) Applications without university names in the Top-50 rankings will not be reviewed. Profiles from generic EdTech, coaching centers, or Tier-3 consultancies will not be considered. Candidates without direct student-admission outcomes at Top-50 universities will be rejected at the screening stage. Responsibilities Design and deliver end-to-end admissions strategy for assigned students. Conduct structured counselling sessions with students and families. Work with FAOs, mentors, and global coaches to align research, projects, and essays. Build competitive college lists, set milestones, and hold students accountable. Represent Beacon House with the highest level of professionalism . Compensation ₹15–25L base + performance bonuses. Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support our Study Abroad counseling team. The role involves managing operational processes, maintaining accurate records, supporting counselors with client communication, and ensuring smooth workflow for students’ study abroad journey. Key Responsibilities Counseling Support & Record Management Maintain detailed records of all counseling sessions. Prepare and share call summaries/meeting notes with students and parents. Track follow-ups and action items for each student and ensure timely completion. Data & Resource Management Maintain a centralized repository of resources (guides, templates, FAQs, checklists). Create new resources and update existing materials based on evolving requirements. Organize and update student progress data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Student Progress Tracking Monitor and update each student’s journey (applications, exams, deadlines, submissions). Generate regular progress reports for counselors and management. Research & Information Support Conduct research on study abroad queries (universities, courses, requirements, exams, scholarships). Share well-structured information with counselors and students. Operational Efficiency Ensure smooth communication between students, counselors, and internal teams. Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and student experience. Requirements Graduate in any discipline (Education/Management preferred). 1–3 years of experience in operations, student support, or education industry (preferred, not mandatory). Strong organizational and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools. Good with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for research, drafting, and content creation. Strong problem-solving and execution skills; ability to think through tasks, design processes, and deliver solutions independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Research aptitude with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage timelines. Key Skills Process-oriented mindset – structured record-keeping and workflow management. Execution thinking – ability to break down tasks, figure out processes, and solve problems independently. Communication – ability to summarize and share clear updates with stakeholders.
