• Experience

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in

  college admissions, elite education consulting, or selective fellowships

• Track record of helping students gain admission to

  (must be documented).

• Exposure

  :
• Deep familiarity with

  U.S. holistic admissions

  , U.K. UCAS system, and at least one of Singapore / Europe.
• Experience working with

  (IB 40+, IGCSE all A/A*, CBSE 95%+).

• Communication

  :
• Exceptional spoken and written English.
• Ability to handle

  demanding families

  and complex student journeys.

• Applications without

  university names in the Top-50 rankings

  will not be reviewed.
• Profiles from

  generic EdTech, coaching centers, or Tier-3 consultancies

  will not be considered.
• Candidates without

  direct student-admission outcomes

  at Top-50 universities will be rejected at the screening stage.

• Design and deliver

  end-to-end admissions strategy

  for assigned students.
• Conduct structured counselling sessions with students and families.
• Work with FAOs, mentors, and global coaches to align research, projects, and essays.
• Build competitive college lists, set milestones, and hold students accountable.
• Represent Beacon House with the

  highest level of professionalism

• Submit CV + cover letter detailing:
