Operations Associate

Identify and source suitable accommodation providers (PBSA, private landlords, real estate agents, property managers, etc.) in targeted locations.      •     Assist in negotiating terms and securing property listings aligned with company standards and student expectations.      •     Maintain and update inventory data, pricing, availability, and contract details in internal systems.      •     Coordinate onboarding processes for new supply partners, ensuring all documentation and listings are complete and accurate.      •     Build and maintain strong relationships with supply partners for long-term collaboration.      •     Monitor property performance (occupancy, feedback, issues) and suggest improvements or take corrective actions.      •     Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure listings are optimized and promoted effectively.      •     Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to ensure Autumn Rooms remains competitive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
