Operations Associate - Health Tech Startup

We are a growing health tech startup looking for a driven Operations Associate to play a critical role in implementing our MVP and ensuring seamless delivery of healthcare services to our patients.

About the Role

This is a high-ownership position where you'll be at the forefront of our operations, working directly with founders, clinicians, and patients to build and refine our service delivery model. You'll have your hands in multiple aspects of the business, from patient journey management to SOP development, making this an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to make a tangible impact on healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth implementation and ongoing refinement of our MVP product
• Manage patient movement through their entire healthcare journey, identifying and resolving bottlenecks
• Collect and synthesize feedback from patients and clinicians to drive continuous improvement
• Track and report on key performance indicators to measure operational success
• Coordinate with a diverse range of stakeholders including clinicians, patients, and internal teams
• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues and escalations
• Work closely with founders to develop, implement, and iterate on standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create content inputs and support campaign execution
• Oversee multiple work streams simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Contribute to strategic discussions about operational improvements and scaling

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline) with relevant work experience
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments

Preferred Experience

• Previous operations management experience in a startup environment
• Background in healthcare or health tech sector
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification
• Experience with data analysis and KPI tracking
