• Provide technical support to the user, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor system performance and ensure that all systems and processes are running efficiently. 
• Respond to triage incidents and service requests.
• Investigate and diagnose the root cause of issues.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and networks.
• Perform system maintenance tasks, including system upgrades and patches.
• Create and maintain user accounts and access levels.
• Monitor network security and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Generate reports, analyze data, and document processes.
• Experience in a leadership role within a production support environment.

What should you bring along

• ITIL processes (Problem / Incident / Change etc.)
• Experience in Service Now
• Hands on experience using Jira / Confluence
• Windows Server, Apache Web Server
• Hands-on experience in SQL programming and SQL Server administrative tasks like database monitoring, performance analysis 
• Familiarity with any programming language
• Octopus or any other CI/CD deployment tool
• Familiarity in Azure Cloud (or) AWS Cloud
• Redgate DB Monitoring or any equivalent DB Monitoring tool
• Splunk logs
• Prometheus/Grafana
• Docker and Kubernetes (nice to have)
• Understand Agile methodologies and hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence or similar agile project management tools.
• Exposure in AWS Cloud/Azure Cloud/Google Cloud
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team management skills.

Must have technical skill

• Certification in ITIL
• Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux, Windows server and application monitoring tools.
• ServiceNow, Service Management 

Good to have technical skills

• Finance domain background.
• AWS Cloud/Azure Cloud/Google Cloud
• Kubernetes and Docker
• Deployment CI/CD tools 
• Familiarity in any programming language
