Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations and Logistics Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and logistics of our company. The candidate should have 2-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Indian job market context.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company
Manage logistics and supply chain operations
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Implement and maintain efficient processes and systems
Maintain inventory levels and optimize stock management
Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
Create and manage budgets and financial reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field
2-7 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Experience in managing budgets and financial reports
Familiarity with local regulations and laws related to logistics and operations
