Documentation Executive

Description

We are seeking a dedicated Documentation Executive to join our Export Documentation (B/L processing) department. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and have basic knowledge of shipping, particularly in export documentation. This role requires good typing skills and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights. Candidates should be comfortable with routine tasks and have a strong command of business language. Immediate joiners are preferred, with 0-2 years of experience in the job market context of India.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process export documentation including Bill of Lading (B/L) and other shipping documents.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for export documentation.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customers for timely documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation.
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies related to export documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the Export Documentation team as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+2+3 pattern.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and export documentation processes.
• Proficient keyboard and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including night shifts.
• Strong command of business language and communication skills.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in export documentation or related fields is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a routine work environment.
