Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Analyze data to track performance metrics and make informed decisions to optimize operations. Ideal Candidate B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering (B.Arch also welcome). MBA preferred but not mandatory. 3-10 years of experience in industrial trading, B2B sales, or engineering products, and related fields. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong analytical mindset and ability to work both independently and with teams. Salary 6-12 LPA: As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience and capability). Role & responsibilities Prepare and manage pre- and post-shipment export documentation. Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch. Verify LCs and ensure all documentation complies with international trade and banking regulations. Create and maintain records of invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading. Support commercial and logistics teams with accurate and timely paperwork. Track shipment status and resolve documentation or clearance issues quickly. Preferred candidate profile 5+ years of hands-on experience in export documentation with a leading merchant, trading, or manufacturing exporter Strong knowledge of LC, Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin , and other trade documents. Excellent coordination, time-management, and attention to detail. Familiar with shipping procedures, CHA interaction, and export compliance . Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), Dropbox; knowledge of ERP/export software is a plus. Salary 4-7 LPA (negotiable based on experience and suitability).
