Responsibilities Lead and grow assigned verticals or product segments. Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships. Drive B2B/enterprise sales and manage key accounts across domestic and international markets. Collaborate with technical, commercial, and logistics teams to deliver integrated solutions. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Analyze data to track performance metrics and make informed decisions to optimize operations. Ideal Candidate B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering (B.Arch also welcome). MBA preferred but not mandatory. 3-10 years of experience in industrial trading, B2B sales, or engineering products, and related fields. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong analytical mindset and ability to work both independently and with teams. Salary 6-12 LPA: As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience and capability).
