Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management:
• Onboard, coordinate, and maintain strong relationships with print and logistics vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements with vendors.
• Resolve vendor queries and concerns promptly.
• Order Fulfillment:
• Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery delays or exceptions.
• Logistics Coordination:
• Liaise with courier partners for pick-up, tracking, and delivery of orders.
• Ensure optimal logistics costs and adherence to SLAs.
• Monitor performance of delivery partners and suggest improvements.
• Inventory & Quality Control:
• Coordinate with vendors on stock availability and product quality.
• Perform random quality checks and audits.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Maintain daily/weekly reports on order status, logistics metrics, and vendor performance.
• Identify areas for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Issue Resolution:
• Handle escalations related to shipments, delays, or vendor issues.
• Coordinate with customer support for quick issue resolution.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics (e-commerce or print-on-demand industry preferred)
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Supply Chain/Logistics preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle pressure situations
• Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets and logistics management tools
• Organized, process-oriented, and attention to detail
