Role Description

Raza Group is seeking a Senior Operations & Digital Lead to manage and strengthen end-to-end operations while driving digital execution across the organisation. The role requires strong ownership of processes, a system-oriented mindset, and the ability to translate strategy into efficient, measurable execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations across assigned business verticals

• Implement and monitor SOPs to ensure process discipline and consistency

• Handle ERP and MIS reporting with accuracy and timeliness

• Drive automation initiatives and digital execution coordination

• Track productivity, performance metrics, and operational efficiency

• Identify gaps and implement improvements to enhance performance

• Lead teams with a focus on execution, accountability, and outcomes

Requirements / Eligibility

• 5–7 years of experience in operations management or digital execution roles

• Strong understanding of SOP implementation, ERP, and MIS systems

• Proven ability to handle automation and digital coordination

• Execution-focused mindset with strong operational ownership

• Leadership ability and experience in driving performance improvement
