Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary operations support for the Stock Loan Business Unit.
  • Execute trade amendments, bookings, and exception management for NY-based Stock Loan trades.
  • Collaborate with internal teams throughout the trade lifecycle to ensure accurate processing and risk awareness.
  • Reconcile positions and perform trade lifecycle amendments to reduce operational risk.
  • Maintain strong control frameworks and adhere to escalation protocols.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective risk management across key coverage markets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in

    Equities

    or

    Stock Loan Middle Office / Operations

    preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Office

    , especially

    Excel

    .
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexibility to work in

    night shifts (US business hours)

    .
  • Fast learner with a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of escalation procedures and risk management principles.
  • Capable of working independently and under pressure.
  • Demonstrates accountability, ownership, and a drive to exceed expectations.
