Operational Team Leader

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Operational Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse and operational activities. The ideal candidate will manage a team, ensure smooth workflow, coordinate logistics, monitor productivity, and maintain quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and hands-on experience in operations.

Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership

• Lead, guide, and supervise the operations team in daily tasks such as packing, sorting, labeling, and dispatch.
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
• Train new staff on operational processes, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor team performance and report issues to management.

Operational Management

• Oversee order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage inbound and outbound stock movement and related documentation.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Perform quality checks to ensure items meet company standards.

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipment status and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
• Work closely with the customer support team to resolve operational issues.

Inventory Control

• Update and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Identify stock discrepancies and report them to the supervisor.
• Ensure smooth flow of inventory and timely replenishment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, warehouse management, or team leadership.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, WhatsApp).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Candidates living near Thiruvalla.
