Operational Support Administrator (Quality Assurance + SharePoint Tool Exp + Unit Testing + Audit Exp + MS Word)

Operational Support Administrator (Quality Assurance), Assurant-GCC, India

This position will be in Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai at our India location.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Validate unit test outputs from Forms Designers, ensuring all scenarios meet expectations
• and customer changes are accurately applied.
• Track unit test defects and produce monthly quality reports.
• Audit and maintain SharePoint letter libraries to ensure alignment with Documaker production: update Word documents as needed.
  

What are the requirements needed for this position?

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Required 2-3 years of professional experience in related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Able to read and understand scripting languages (to understand Documaker scripts and ensure correct translation in SharePoint Word documents).
• An ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities with competing deadlines, while adhering to strict department standards and processes.
• Strong customer service skills include a positive attitude and follow-through.
• Ability to understand complex requirements and business problems.
• Must be very detail-oriented, organized, and conscientious.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Familiarity with SharePoint content management.
• Experience with Documaker Studio a big plus (Oracle Product).
• Ability to read and validate data in extract files a plus.
