Operational Risk Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing an independent and control function opinion on DORA implementation at the CIB level. Your scope will cover CIB activities worldwide, including all business lines and geographies. As part of the RISK ORM CIB team, you will oversee, evaluate, and supervise operational risks across all CIB business lines. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in, oversee, and challenge the CIB program to ensure compliance with DORA regulation - Coordinate with business lines ORO for DORA requirements - Report on DORA updates to wider RISK ORM CIB and OROs - Collaborate with Group RISK ORM and IT teams on DORA requirements fulfillment - Work on HIs related to DORA, ensuring proper handling and challenge - Collaborate with CIB Regulatory affairs team to address supervisory requests - Coordinate DORA TPRM aspects with TPRM OROs across CIB - Report to the wider RISK ORM CIB community, business lines ORO, and RISK ORM CIB management - Coordinate RISK ORM CIB community worldwide on DORA aspects, especially in EMEA region - Be the SPOC for any DORA related matters Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in managing risks and technology in a large/global organization - Robust knowledge of technology, risks, controls, and third-party technology risk management - Prior experience in ICT/Business Continuity/Operational Resilience Risk Management - Exposure to the financial services industry - Knowledge of DORA regulation - Minimum of 10 years of suitable professional experience Please note that the job description does not include any additional details about the company.
