Key Skills: Basel, Credit Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Business Analyst, Agile Roles and Responsibilities: Translate and refine business strategy into finance data provisioning operating models. Champion operational capabilities within the program. Design, implement, and drive process and controls improvements across the program. Support change, design, and delivery, working closely with Finance, IT, Risk, and the Business. Identify and manage impacts of change to the operating model, ensuring effective program implementation. Analyze, review, and test the current operating model against strategic direction, making necessary revisions. Assist in the design and development of conceptual, logical, and application data models in line with the organization's Future State Finance Data Asset Strategy. Collaborate with finance business teams to enhance understanding, interpretation, design, and implementation. Skills Required: Ability to translate and refine business strategy into operational models for finance data provisioning. Expertise in championing operational capabilities within the program. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and driving process and control improvements. Strong capability to support change, design, and delivery in collaboration with Finance, IT, Risk, and Business teams. Skilled in identifying and managing the impacts of change on the operating model to ensure successful program implementation. Experience in analyzing, reviewing, and testing the current operating model against the strategic direction, and making necessary revisions. Knowledge of assisting in the design and development of conceptual, logical, and application data models that align with the Future State Finance Data Asset Strategy. Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
