Description
Key Skills: BASEL, Credit Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Business Analyst, Agile Roles and Responsibilities: Translate and refine business strategy into finance data provisioning operating models. Champion operational capabilities within the program. Design, implement, and drive process and controls improvements across the program. Support change, design, and delivery, working closely with Finance, IT, Risk, and the Business. Identify and manage impacts of change to the operating model, ensuring effective program implementation. Analyze, review, and test the current operating model against strategic direction, making necessary revisions. Assist in the design and development of conceptual, logical, and application data models in line with the organization's Future State Finance Data Asset Strategy. Collaborate with finance business teams to enhance understanding, interpretation, design, and implementation. Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of BASEL, Credit Risk, and Regulatory Reporting. Strong experience as a Business Analyst, especially in financial and risk domains. Expertise in Agile methodologies. Ability to translate business strategy into finance data provisioning operating models. Strong process design and controls improvement skills. Ability to manage change and drive process improvements across various functions. Experience with finance, IT, risk, and business teams for program design and delivery. Ability to identify and manage impacts of change on the operating model. Proficiency in analyzing, reviewing, and testing operating models against strategic direction. Skills in developing conceptual, logical, and application data models. Ability to collaborate with finance business teams to enhance understanding, interpretation, design, and implementation. Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
