Operational Manager

Responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and control of event operations, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and smooth on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events, activations, exhibitions, and brand promotions
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, fabricators, printers, and manpower agencies
• Manage event timelines, logistics, and site operations
• Supervise setup, live event execution, and dismantling
• Handle permissions, venue coordination, and compliance
• Control budgets, POs, vendor payments, and cost sheets
• Manage event manpower (promoters, supervisors, technicians)
• Conduct site visits, recce, and execution planning
• Troubleshoot on-ground issues and manage last-minute changes
• Ensure quality, safety, and brand compliance

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of event production & BTL operations
• Vendor & manpower management
• Budgeting and cost control
• Excellent coordination & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
