You will utilize the "Jobbr" CRM system to streamline back-office operations, focusing on managing quotes, scheduling jobs, invoicing, and maintaining seamless CRM workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Receive job requests, obtain quotes, and assign certified tradesmen to the tasks. - Verify that tradespeople possess the necessary certifications and insurance coverage. - Monitor job progress closely and promptly address any arising issues. - Efficiently manage job scheduling and workflow to enhance operational efficiency. - Uphold compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
