Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the team to implement Operational Excellence principles on the shop floor. - Apply Lean concepts such as 5S, Visual management, and TPM to drive operational efficiency. - Provide training and coaching on Lean tools and skills to enhance organizational capabilities. - Utilize the DMAIC approach for problem-solving and empower individuals to resolve issues independently. - Support OE project teams/ CI Project teams through facilitation and application of PDCA/DMAIC methodologies. - Conduct periodic process evaluations to identify trends, reduce variations, and eliminate waste. - Identify and address bottleneck operations to optimize process efficiency. - Develop strategies to decrease production costs and enhance overall operational performance. - Establish KPIs for each function and implement structured review mechanisms at various hierarchy levels. - Perform data analysis and visualize insights using tools like Power BI. Qualification Required: - Preferred (Not mandatory) qualification in B.E. Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. - Yellow Belt/Green Belt Certification. - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Operational Excellence/Business Excellence roles.,
