We’re Hiring: Operational Excellence Manager Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time Level: Mid to Senior-Level About the Role We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Operational Excellence Manager to lead process improvement initiatives, drive efficiency, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and business process transformation, with a proven track record of delivering measurable operational improvements. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement best practices that enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute operational excellence strategies to improve efficiency and performance. Lead process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies. Identify and analyze operational gaps and recommend solutions for improvement. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance. Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to implement process standardization and automation. Facilitate training and workshops to promote continuous improvement culture. Manage change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes. Support digital transformation and process optimization projects across business functions. Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate project outcomes and performance insights to management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. 6–10 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation. Professional certification preferred (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt). Proven experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Proficiency in process mapping tools, data analysis, and reporting.
