As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for: - Demonstrating a strong understanding of financial operations and technology systems - Utilizing excellent analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail in day-to-day tasks - Applying problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies - Ensuring regulatory compliance and collaborating cross-functionally - Providing L1 support and preparing reconciliation reports Your technical skills should include: - Understanding financial systems and platforms - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools Operational skills required: - Awareness of risk management and compliance - Knowledge of incident management and escalation procedures - Ability to maintain quality assurance and control Customer service skills expected: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Handling customer issue resolution and escalation - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Financial knowledge needed: - Understanding of financial products and services - Knowledge of accounting principles and day-to-day reconciliation - Familiarity with regulatory compliance such as KYC and AML Qualifications: - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience - Location preference: Ahmedabad & Gujarat - Job location: Ahmedabad, Office-based work - Background in Operations and Support - Shift timing: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST Please note that the package offered is negotiable within the range of 3LPA to 3.6LPA.,
