Stay updated with healthcare regulations, market trends, and competitive landscape. Prepare regular reports on pipeline, forecasts, and market feedback. Represent the company at healthcare conferences, seminars, and industry events. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare finance or B2B sales within the healthcare sector. Demonstrated success in closing deals with hospitals or medical institutions. Strong knowledge of healthcare financing products and industry-specific challenges.
