Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, closing high-value deals, and expanding our footprint in the healthcare financing ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and build relationships with hospitals, medical institutions, diagnostic labs, and other healthcare providers. Pitch financial products and services tailored for healthcare needs (equipment financing, working capital, infrastructure funding, etc.). Lead end-to-end deal closures: from prospecting to negotiation and final execution. Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, product, legal) to structure and customize deals. Stay updated with healthcare regulations, market trends, and competitive landscape. Prepare regular reports on pipeline, forecasts, and market feedback. Represent the company at healthcare conferences, seminars, and industry events. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare finance or B2B sales within the healthcare sector. Demonstrated success in closing deals with hospitals or medical institutions. Strong knowledge of healthcare financing products and industry-specific challenges. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
