Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in operations management and will be responsible for coordinating activities between the commercial, technical, and administrative departments to ensure seamless operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily operations across the commercial, technical, and administrative departments.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments to achieve company goals.
Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Prepare and present operational reports for senior management.
Manage budgets and resources to optimize operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Lead and mentor team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, automation or integration industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent english communication level.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
