Job Title: Operations Manager – BPO Voice Sales (Domestic Process)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Team Leaders and Sales Agents
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Monitor call quality and ensure consistent sales performance
• Manage shift rosters, floor discipline, and overall team productivity
• Share regular performance reports with management and clients
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement
• Work with HR and Training teams for hiring and skill development
• Ensure full compliance with client requirements and internal policies

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline
• 4 to 7 years of experience in BPO industry
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Prior experience in Domestic Voice Sales process is mandatory
• Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills
• Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and client interaction
• Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
