Job Title: Team Leader – BPO Voice Sales (Domestic Process)
Location: Ahmedabad
Department: Operations
Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated and performance-driven Team Leader to manage our Domestic Voice Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily team performance, achieving sales targets, guiding team members, and maintaining high-quality standards on the floor. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a team of telecallers for outbound/inbound sales calls
  • Achieve team-level sales targets and ensure consistent performance
  • Monitor live calls, give feedback, and improve call quality
  • Maintain attendance, discipline, and team morale
  • Share daily reports with the Operations Manager
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their goals
  • Conduct daily team huddles and performance reviews
  • Coordinate with support departments (HR, Training, QA) as needed
  • Ensure team adherence to process, scripts, and compliance guidelines

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduation in any stream
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO Voice Sales
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or acting TL (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and team management abilities
  • Sales-focused mindset and ability to motivate others
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting tools

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
