Operation Manager

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise field operations and workforce on-site.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment as per project needs.
• Supervise and manage all soft services operations (housekeeping, pantry, pest control, waste management, landscaping, etc.) across multiple field sites.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality, staff performance, cleanliness standards, and client feedback.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, vendors, and client representatives to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Handle manpower planning, staff deployment, and daily shift rosters.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety protocols, and statutory compliance.
• Address operational challenges, client concerns, and emergency situations promptly.
• Train and motivate field staff to maintain service standards and improve efficiency.
• Maintain records of daily operations, attendance, inventory, and incident reports.
• Support new site mobilization and periodic audits for existing locations.
• Prepare and present operational reports and performance metrics to senior management.
• Experience in managing third-party vendors and outsourced manpower.
• Ensure uninterrupted site operations by monitoring daily attendance of deployed staff.
• In case of absenteeism, immediately arrange and deploy replacement manpower from the available backup pool or nearby locations.
• Maintain a proactive standby roster to ensure quick response and minimal impact on service delivery.
