Operation Manager- Field

As an Ambulance Operations Supervisor, your primary role will be to supervise ambulance operations across assigned districts/zones. You will be responsible for monitoring real-time ambulance movement to ensure availability and responsiveness. Additionally, you will need to ensure that all vehicles are operational, properly staffed, and equipped. Your duties will include managing Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), Pilots (Drivers), and Field Supervisors. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular training and skill-upgradation programs for the team - Schedule shifts and maintain discipline among field staff - Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like response time, patient satisfaction, and coverage - Implement corrective actions based on performance gaps - Submit regular reports to higher management - Ensure ambulances meet all regulatory and safety standards - Conduct regular audits and checks on vehicle hygiene, equipment, and documentation - Coordinate with state health authorities during inspections - Liaise with hospitals, local authorities, and health departments - Handle escalations and service-related grievances in the field - Support awareness campaigns and community engagement - Act as field lead during mass casualty incidents, disasters, or VIP movements - Ensure seamless coordination and rapid deployment of ambulances Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in ambulance operations or emergency services management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Flexibility to work in high-pressure situations and emergencies Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, requiring in-person work.,
