1. Responsible for overall Operations & Maintenance activities of the Debari Smelter plant
2. Planning and coordinating preventive shutdown and predictive maintenance activities
3. Documenting progress report, safety report, and other O&M reports in SAP system and offline
4. Tracking/monitoring progress against key KPIs and reporting to the senior leadership of the client team
5. Oversee HSE policies availability, awareness and adherence in the plant and conduct Gemba walks on a regular basis
6. Implement 5S standard in the field
7. Keep workforce engaged and productive
8. Oversee process integrity and equipment reliability, ensuring that strategic goals are met by designing and implementing definitive metrics, employee support, and strategic planning
9. Monitor the work flow and inventory levels to ensure that schedules are met and bottlenecks are identified and corrected
10. Lead, guide and enable area in-charges to collectively achieve overall O&M KPIs
11. Demonstrate strong business acumen, generate shop-floor insights to deliver production targets by aligning area metrics with overall plant goals
12. Decision making on the basis of Process parameters handle abnormal conditions in the field and manage crisis situation skillfully
1. B.Tech / B.E. Degree Mechanical, M.Tech in Mechanical
2. Required 12 to 15 years experiences in Smelter O&M roles in various capacities
