About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our operations team in day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will assist in streamlining business processes, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operational tasks and administrative activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
• Maintain and update operational databases, reports, and documentation
• Help identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in workflow
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and company standards
• Perform any other duties assigned by the operations team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed BBA, B. Com, or BA
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
• A keen interest in business operations and process improvement
